Hellooo, I haven't made a brew yet, I'm still trying to get my head around everything before I take the plunge but one thing does crop up a lot is water ph.

I live in Hartlepool and I'm sure the ph is 7 odd, will this cause any probs for me and what can I do? (Keep it simples I'm a all grain brew virgin lol)

it is simple.... If your water tastes fine to drink.... brew with it don't bother altering it. Only thing to add is a half campden tablet before you brew.
