Long story short:
decided to do an abbey beer and I have hambilton bards - bulldog trappix yeast.
Imagine my horror when I realized there were no rehydration instructions on their website
no worries: I rang them up I spoke to a chap who was knowledgeable and he said 25-30 degrees rehydrate into a cup full of water wait 15 mins before pitching. I suggested perhaps put something on the website and he did agree although he clearly has knowledge of complaints from customers who've sprinkled the yeast into boiling water and they wondered why there had been no fermentation!
