I did use a Liquid Irish Ale yeast with a kit I done when I first started but I didn't really notice any difference. I must try it again, thanks for reminding me.
I'm gonna brew a Black Lager over XMas but I may stick on another House Stout and change some to of the suggestions like the WLP004.
