Mine arrived yesterday. Only thing it doesnt say the hop type, but what the hell i'll give it a go anyway.

If you put your hops in the boiler as it is heating up you will see the seeds seperate and they will be floating at top of the wort, just save a few and try planting those,
but you still wont know what hops will grow as the seed could have been fertilised by anything,
happy serendipity or something not quite good enough.

Best if you want to know the hop is to use a cutting or a rhymazone ( however its spelt) I will be able to offer some fuggles soon ,as I never got a cutting to take this year but if I do I will be offering them free here next year.

According to this thread the seeds from your bought hops will be no good.
