Probably. And of course it's easy to create a culture of fear where the "talent" is untouchable.

We all have different backgrounds and thus different beliefs about whether certain behaviour is acceptable or not. I'd it banter, of us it offensive and intimidating. To one person it's banter, to another it's offensive, and possibly intimidating. Workplaces need to be placed where nobody feels uncomfortable, in my opinion, so there needs to be a code of conduct. As times change, people will get caught out, and punished for behaviour that is no longer accepted by the organisation. But Greg Wallace must in this current time understand that what he's been doing is likely to lead to problems. If anything is surprising it's that it has taken til now. Which looks like a failing of management, either at Banijay, or the BBC, or both. Why has he not been dealt with on set by the people in charge of production? Why has Banijay allowed it to continue? In this context, it's not surprising people don't speak up, because they see weak management.

I am changing my view on this up to yesterday there was no formal response or denial of the new claims of the sock incident of the groping claims, now his solicitor had made it clear Mr Wallace denies the allegations in the strongest possible sense.
Until hard evidence or balance or probability is established beyond a reasonable doubt no one should be subjected to this.

I am not saying he is innocent I like most of do not know this, but trial by media would not allow for a fair criminal trail and could be argued that the media exposure has tainted any potential juror. In legal terms this is nightmare and again shoes this trial by media is destructive.

If criminal investigations are warranted, then let the relevant authorities conduct their business in the correct fashion and not unduly influence the potential outcomes.

Not directly as such, its not a BBC production, it is outsourced to a production company as most things are now giving the arm's length approach that legally protect them in cases where they could be damaged financially or reputationally

Spot on if he has groped people he deserves to be sacked but this needs to be investigated not trial by social media.

MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace is facing fresh allegations of inappropriate sexual behaviour after he stepped down from the show last week.
One woman says he touched her bottom at an event and another says he pressed his crotch against her while filming on a different show.
