Hello and thank you for allowing me to join this community.
I grew up in large in the US and started my homebrewing journey there a long time ago, I had just started doing some basic all-grain brewing when I moved back to the Netherlands I sold all of my equipment. So about 13 years later I finally decided to pick this hobby up again after getting to know someone that was also homebrewing and a trip to Brugge which inspired me to start brewing again.
I started with a 10L BIAB stovetop brew but quickly upgraded to a Brewzilla 35L and I bought an old fridge which has been retrofitted with a heating element and a temperature controller because temperature control was the most important detail I discovered on my previous brewing journey.
