Hi all, after been away from brewing for 20yrs I picked up a kit in tescos and now 7 demijons later everyone is still alive :)

On the brew ATM is Peach, Elderberry and Elderflower, cooling off I have Chablis Blush, Strawberry and a medium sweet White.

Next I am going to try a cordial recipe I have come across :) should be fun

Since they promoted me to the site crew last September I seem to have become the early-morning-spammer-chucker-outerer, I usually log on between 5-6am and always check the membership list for new arrivals. I tend to adopt an approach of “guilty until proven innocent” (so show yourself prphotos0114) and then the “who is online” list said you were posting an introduction.

I thought “if this one's selling Viagra he won't be staying long” :twisted:

There are rather a lot of us on here who have returned to brewing/winemaking after a 15-25 year absence though.
