Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Daniel and found this site though tapatalk. I have been homebrewing for a couple of years and while I enjoy making hoppy IPA's I have grown to appreciate the classic styles and looking forward to learning more on how you brew and the ingredients you use.

If anyone wants any info on american brewing/styles or swag for a brewing in San Diego let me know.

Here is our brewing setup make of 3 kegs, the mash tun is inverted which is a wicked setup and just added a second pump to the mix to allow for fly sparging and whirlpooling at twice the power.
