Hello everyone,
I'm new to homebrewing, although i did have an unsuccessful attempt at it many moons ago, but i'm now really looking forward to learning from members on here.
I started a Wherry bitter a few weeks ago, i kegged it for secondary fermentation, and have now had it conditioning for a couple of days in the front room which is the coolest room in the house at the moment at around 21c.
Will my Wherry condition ok at this temperature, or do i need it to be a lot cooler?
Ps... I've already drew a pint from the keg, and although very cloudy and warmish it was very pleasing to the pallete. :drink:
