Nice forum, had a couple of looks around and picked up a few useful tips so thought it was time to join.
Based a few miles from Shrewsbury, been brewing for four years now (the winnings from a fiver on Italy in the last World Cup went on a starter kit), and made the jump to all grain after about a year, 20 all grain brews plus a bunch of turbo ciders and elderflower champagnes under my belt.
