Hi All,

Thought I would be polite and say hi.

I have been getting into brewing as my winter hobby and have made about ten batches so far. I am moving into the partial grain process and want to improve my style. My favourite styles are the IPA and stouts.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum, I was in Tampere this summer, some good brew pubs, although we couldn't find any Shati to try! T

I've had Sahti a couple of times, its pretty tasty. A bit sweet but mild. I'm actually brewing at the moment with some wild hops traditionally used in Sahti which are growing at a friends house. I'm using them for a dark ale which smelt great as I was bottling it the other weekend.

So that's what a Yeti looks like........ :)

Welcome to the forum.

Moi and welcome Yeti,

I used to play MMO games with a couple of Finnish lads.

Love your signature "Life's too short, pass the beers"
