I became a member of this forum a few days ago and feel it is a good time to post an intro!
I am a Brit, but I currently live out in northern Germany.
This weekend my brewing partner and I bottled our first beer. We have brewed a tropical IPA, and I have to say, I am quietly hopeful that it will turn out tasting good! The taste was definitely decent after primary, so fingers crossed something doesn't go wrong now.
For interest we did an AG brew. We bittered with Colombus, steeped with Amarillo, Equinox and El Dorado and then dry hopped for 4 days with further Amarillo, Equinox and El Dorado.
