I have been brewing for a few years now but have only just found this site after an internet search for ss mash tuns when I found the thread about converting a thermo box / brewpot.

My "brewery" capacity is approx 40 litres and i have a Spitfire clone in the fermenter ready for sticking in a barrel for Crimbo.

I also have a small batch (12litres) Russian Imperial Stout on the go (for Christmas 2011) and a similar size batch of mead that has been in a secondary fermenter for about a year that needs bottling.

The Spitfire clone recipe came from Clone Brews by Tess & Mark Szamatulski.
A book of 150 commercial brews from around the world.
It gives recipes for extract, mini mash and all grain.
