Hi All,

Been brewing for since around 1989 and lurking on here for a year or two and thought it was high time I popped up and said hello.

I'm an all-grain type, but not political about it (other than enjoying sticking it to the Chancellor of the day, of course). Been getting in a wee bit of a rut over the past few years, making the same old tried and tested things, so looking to experiment a bit.

Significant other has also been dropping some rather unsubtle hints about winemaking - a subject I know the square-root of nothing about.
