Greeting from Hertfordshire

Hi Folks,

Just a quick note to introduce myself, I've been AG brewing for a couple of years now. And before that I dabbled with wine making. My Father made wine and I sort of carried on from where he left off. Mostly fruit wines and mead. After I discovered All Grain, there was no turning back.

After discussions with the better half, I got the go ahead to upgrade my plastic to shiny. And that's how I found this site. I've been a member of Jim's since I started and didn't know about this Forum.

At the moment I'm looking at something similar to Vossy's design, so wish me luck.

Aye, I'm on the map. Hatfield. Not Many in Hertfordshire though.

I saw on another post you were doing an old peculier clone - i did one for the old man ages ago and due to boiler problems it was a very long brewday :lol: Turned out great and i`m planning another soon after a hobgoblin clone for him, could I have your recipe if possible if it differs from mine?
