Just racked my Green Bullet single hop pale ale into a secondary for clearing. Took a sneaky taste of the trial jar and this could well shape being my favourite hop! I'll certainly be replacing any future Chinook additions with GB; for a similar alpha acid Chinook takes longer to mellow out than GB. So I reckon anyway...

I'll post a (10L) recipe soon if it's good out of the bottle.

I've got some green bullet. Was thinking of pairing them with something, perhaps motueka, but if they're good on they're own I mY try that first in a small batch and give the motueka a go later. Is the green bullet similar to any thing else?

Green Bullet is like a more refined Chinook, for bittering. I would say. Less harsh. If used at the end of the boil or dry it can be subbed for Styrian hops. Good flavour and aroma. Try using it as an aroma hop with an English bittering hop.
