The reason people are commenting is it is unusual to get a yeast that will ferment out that high an ABV and you will find the fermentation will stick as the alcohol rises. Champagne and Red wine yeasts can get up to about 14% and while there are yeasts for distilling that go higher the resulting wine will taste awful.

i used youngs super wine yeast compound. i think i will get another litre of summer fruits to dilute.

i used 2 litres of summer fruit juice, 1kilo of sugar, 5mls lemon juice, 5mls glycerine, 1tsp of pectolase, 1tsp ofyoungs wine nutrient and youngs super wine yeast compound. i did forget to add tannin or rather strong tea to my brew.

thanks all. was as i feared then 19.2. at least i worked it out right on my hydrometre
