Right, I’m ready to rack off today.

So to confirm (as this is my first time!)

Crush a campden into new Demi, syphon wow into it, obviously avoiding sediment.
Add potassium sorbate
Degas
Add finings
Leave for a few days until clear
Bottle

That sound right?

I add the potassium sorbate after degassing and give it a quick whiz with the wand, keep us posted.

Started clearing after 24 hours.
Seems to be a distinct band to the top third. Assume this is the finings working.
Will bottle at the weekend assuming it clears
