Hello to all, hope you are enjoying your Sunday.

As a kid I watched and helped my old man home brew most things from Barley Wine to Stout. Now many years later I've started myself.

Started with a basic setup of a fermenting barrell, pressure keg and a simple kit to-do a St Peter's Golden Ale. That's almost gone now, although I've a few bottles left, but it's been a success and quite palatable.

In the meantime I have an Oranji Bock fermenting and an APA ready to process.

Happy days and thanks for the future help.

Andy

Welcome to the forum. Seems a lot of us started with our dads/uncles/grandfather's.

Any plans for next brew's?

Well I've got the Oranje Bock fermenting, been in a week and a Youngs American Pale Ale to start next week.

At the moment I'm reviewing the kit I have and need.

Also found a decent shop in Glen Brew at Glasgow.
