hello , im on my first go and have just done the week after kegging and bottling in a warm place and am now ready to go to a cold place , i bottled a few just to see the difference and kegged the rest .

question is can i stick the bottles in the fridge ? also should i store them stood up or lieing down ?

you can store just somewhere cool upright then before drinking we chill for an hour or so

The bottles can go in the fridge if you want, stand them upright as you want the sediment to settle on the bottom of the bottle.

i would prefer they went in the fridge as i like drink cold , will it make any difference to the clearing or anything else ?

As long as they are primed they will clear just fine in the fridge. Keep them upright if you can.

well i moved it and had to try a bit , had a tiny bit of a head and tasted ok , lots of flavour . if it stays the same i wont have much trouble drinking 40 pints of it :) and cold it will be even better so all in all im a happy man ...so for
