Well first batch of bottled home brew will be ready to chill in 2 weeks, so as its the time of year that the central heating is never off it looks like the only cool place is in my shed.
so next question , Freezing....any tips to stop this happening, i have a large blanket box and was going to insulate with an old duvet, its about -2 at night on average at the moment but you know its going to get colder.....so what dose every one else do to keep there brew cold at this time of year.....
