About 400g ginger
1 lemon
1 lime
Cider yeast
Nutrient
450 g sugar
Blend ginger in some water
Boil up for 30 min with sugar and lemon and lime
Make yeast starter
Cool ginger mix
Pour in dj add a few chilli flakes
Started pretty quick so looks promising

WOW... I've never made ginger beer, but 400g in such a small batch seems like a lot to me.
