the last reading was 1.012..

iv had a go on the site calulator ...

and it come out at 5%

i just hope it tastes nice ....

that the stout has been here in my bedroom ...

so 2moro its off up the shed for the cool storage part ...

then in 4 weeks ...
it will be time to :drink: it ....

i am so looking forward to my first pint of my firft brew...

It'll be worth it mate. Holding off just lets everything you have brewing catch up, that way when you DO start drinking you won't get to the end of a batch before the next one is ready. Perpetual motion

i printed out a few lables ...

stuck them on with green top milk ..
they stay on the glass but not on the plastic ...
