Apart from what has been said above:
Do you pull off some beer/yeast before you start bottling. If you don't do this at the start you can pull through debris all the way through your bottle fill.
Another thing you can try is to raise up the tap end.
And if none of the suggestions on the page work you could always use isinglass.
