'Lilly the Pink' and 'Little Arrows' amongst others started their lives as German drinking songs.

I never knew that! When I was a toddler I had a single of Lilly the pink which I used to adore racing about 'dancing' to... I had no idea it was a drinking song, to say nothing of a German one, but that is clearly a point a need to take up in the strongest terms with my M&D !!!
