Im currently making ribena, apple, and cran/raspberry using the wow method. When the apple stops fermenting if I add more sugar it wil get stronger?

Then when its totally stopped if I bottle it with sugar I will have a fizzy cider of around 10%????

you need the sugar in yourr brew before you pitch your yeast, the yeast eats up the sugar and as a result makes alcohol and CO2. if your brew has stopped fermenting then its ate up all the sugar, i don't know if you can add more sugar at this point, or if any remaining yeast will eat up the rest of your sugar,

no sorry, once its stopped fermenting and you are bottling you add a little sugar to each bottle for it to carbonate, if the brew has stopped fermenting then it wont add any extra alcohol %age to your brew.
i thought you were asking if you add more sugar to the brew after fermentation will it increase abv.

Hi mate, I just use a "Ritchies" glass one from my LHBS. Seems to work well and was about £5 IIRC and is contained in it's own plastic trail jar. I find it pretty easy to use anyway. Just got to make sure to spin it to get rid of any air bubbles that might give you a false reading.

Evening all.

Can some one help me making a fizzy wurzel?

If I rack and filter will I have any yeast left to add the fizz when priming the bottle?

If I don’t rack and filter wont I get a cloudy yet sparkling wow?

Cheers
Craig
