hi all ive been looking at camlock coupling found they are expensive found these geka coupling just wondering if any one has used or are useing they are half the price of camlocks but they dont have the same choice they have all size thread in bsp male and female you dont have to go through intrico and pay the £12.50 delivery charge i just found this company that have more chice

Of the two options (Geko couplings or brass 'hozelock' push-ons) which would be the best?
 
FWIW I'm going geko when I build the brewery...

...cheap, effective and less parts to go wrong.
 
When you say parts I assume you mean the levers on a camlock c :hmm: I've no experience of Geka but they look twist lock to me, if they are, personally I'd prefer to use straight compression over twist compression from a point of view of shearing action on the seals causing fraying...just my opinion...I know folk use the Geka without issues from previous posts :cool:
 
I was thinking more the balls and collars and stuff on the hoselocks. I was looking at those and someone pointed me at the gekos and I instantly loved the simplicity...
