I've been brewing on and off for quite a few years, mostly Kits with partial mash and hop additions.
Now I mainly brew full grain in my Grainfather with the occasional Kit (Coopers mostly) when grain supplies are low.
A recent acquisition of a fermentation fridge controlled with an STC1000 temperature controller is a great help in producing some great beers with no off flavours.
I mostly Keg my brews and only use the flip-top type bottles for the residual beer left in the fermenter.
