Another new member. My name is Jon. I'm from Lancashire now living in Norway where beer prices are frightening. So I've headed back to home-brewing after a few years off. My first tentative steps were in Brisbane a few years ago. A very enjoyable pastime - made lots of mistakes but had a hoot with mates. Even went to the Australian Home Brew Conference, 2 years ago - not to learn, but to taste! When I left Brisbane, I kept saying I should continue but it is the Norwegian prices that have been the catalyst. My local UK Home Brew shop gave me the confidence to start again but I have a different set up to the one before, so I am looking for help again. And maybe some inspiration to think big!
