Dear unclepumble,
Hello and thanks for your question. These are N2O sparklets/ Nitrous Oxide (food grade). These are commonly used as a propellant for making whipped cream and some brewers prefer to use these to provide a cream-flow/ smooth effect to their beer. I am satisfied that this product is safe to use as a propellant, as long as it's not inhaled.
Hope this helps

That could be true Uncle, I've noticed that if i go out supping "Smooth Flow" I feel lethargic and achey for most of the day, if I drink lager with standard c02 i'm normally O.K. :hmm:unclepumble said:As for joints bones ache, its a side effect of Nitrogen build up in your body. That's one of the reasons you generally feel like crap/lethargic achey after drinking large amounts of smooth flow ales.
