Fullers Bengal Lancer ipa

just noticed a bottle of this in my local spar and figured I would try it .
But looking a the bottle it appears to be bottled conditioned , and as I love the fullers beers was wondering how to go about harvesting the yeast from it.
I have never had much success from any that I have tried so could anyone pint me to a tried and trusted method that works so long as it is followed

Its a good beer! I have a couple of bottles conditioning in my airing cupboard till their sell by date next year!
