Hi, I did a double brew day a couple of weeks ago and I have kegged the first brew.now the all rounder is free I'm about to pour the second one into the fermenter. Two problems, 1, do I pour it all in including the stuff that has settled? 2, I just got my wyeast 2124 out of the fridge and it's frozen. Can I still use it?

Freezing yeast can damage the cell walls, I don't think you have time now to make a starter. If you haven't washed the yeast I guess you have no choice but to use what you have.

I haven't poured the wort into the fermenter yet, so I don't know whether to order more yeast or use some dry yeast that I have.options are saflager-23 of which I have 2 packets or lutra kveik

Question 1: although opinions differ, in my experience it won’t do any harm to tip it all in. The yeast will sort it out.
Question 2: I have read that freezing yeast tends to damage the viability quite a lot because tiny ice crystals rupure the cell walls; so if I were you I would use the saf-23.

Think you're struggling for cell count anyway to make a lager from Wyeast with no starter, even before you consider the impact of freezing. Id use your dry yeast, then make a starter with your wyeast and grow it up a good bit, and store in a jar till next time around.

I would use the wort and try to leave behind the trub if possible. You will need to aerate the wort well as it has been stood with a good shaking if you can.
I would use one of the other yeast myself and some yeast nutrient if you have some

I need to lean how to make a starter and store it. Any videos??

Sorry but I have a new phone and i know how to spell frozen but my phone doesnt
