Trying my first homemade parsnip wine. Slight miscalculation on quantity has left me with double what I need. Is it ok to freeze them for wine use later? If so, should I leave them whole or slice them ready for use?

Either is fine, but i find chopping them up makes processing easier later. i do the same with Rhubarb.
