I brewed a Bohemian Pilsener a about 3-4 weeks ago. Primary fermentation at about 12C in my cellar appeared to go OK. I racked it off into another FV and put it in my brewing fridge. Initially this was at about 7C so I turned it down (up?) to get cooler. Now I have ice in the brew! It's not all frozen solid but there is ice on the ourside of the FV and quite a bit inside too. I've turned the fridge off to try and thaw it out gently and will then put it back to cool rather than freezing.
Any advice on whether this will be good/bad for my brew?? I know I need to get to know my fridge a bit better!
