I am currently brewing the Better brew Czech pilsner, it is only on its 2nd day and frothing like mad, question is do I take the froth off, or leave it ?

Just leave it, unless you want to harvest the yeast. Personally I wouldn't bother harvesting dried yeast as it's cheap enough.
