I have my temperature controlled fridge working nicely, many thanks to this forum for the help and guidance!!! it's a nice set up with the STC1000.

I now need to get the heating source in before winter so its fully controlled (yes things take me that long!)... I would like to know what heaters people are using? does an aquarium one work well say 25 or 30 watts?

Yep, aquarium heaters usually shout just under the surface of the water - I've got three and they work a treat.

Not so good when your brew shed hits 30 degrees though... Do they do aquarium coolers as well? :-D
