How is everyone storing hop pellets
I keep them wrapped in clingfilm in the bottom of the fridge

I vacuum seal and store in the freezer. From what I've read (temperature x oxygen) is the basic formula for ruining hops, so the colder and better-sealed the better. I've certainly not seen anything suggesting that freezer temps will hurt hops, so it's probably preferable over the fridge so long as you have freezer space.

Ditto. Vac packed in the freezer. That's what Stan Hieronymus recommends in his book about hops.

I just sellotape closed the open packet and chuck em in the cupboard. There again I don't have opened packs of hops hanging around for any great length of time. A few months at the most, in which time I can detect no significant deterioration.
