So I bought some fuggles in last order and just realized they are French Fuggles, anyone use these before? Should I expect any differences to UK fuggles like Styrian goldings?

They'll probably be a bit spicier than the UK variety due to the climate. But France is a big country, depends which region they were grown in, NW France isn't that far from Kent where UK Fuggles are traditonally grown.

Alsace is the main hop growing region in France, next to the German border. Won't be much different from English Fuggles I suspect but let us know!

There's a surprising amount of Fuggles grown in France, general consensus among commercial brewers is that they have rather better aroma than UK Fuggles but aren't so good for bittering, so keep them to the end of the boil if you have the option.
