I do a bit of design on the side, so thought i'd offer this around. These are totally free of charge, I just ask that you only ask for them if you're going to print them off and use them :)
Just PM me what sort of design you want, any images to include, information about the beer itself (brewer name, location, beer name, percentage, etc) and what size you want. giving me an idea of what sort of designs you like is very useful, including fonts, colours, any commercial designs for reference.
