I’m being thick here but what is the meaning of LETN in relation to Die Hard?
LETN (Last Exit To Nowhere) is a tee shirt company that specialises in movie based tees.
One of the tees sold has the same wording and relates to Die Hard (is it a Christmas movie? - big discussions)
Just a bit of meta reference I guess.

Will be interested to see how bitter it comes out (we didn't see any 60-minute hops?), I must admit I'm not a big fan of the current trend to rely on just late hops for bitterness, tends to end up a bit flabby IMO so like to see a bit of 60-minutes, or even a cheeky mash hop with Cascade?
If you're looking for another hop to add, think of Idaho7 in the whirlpool - it's stuffed full of survivables so is relatively "efficient" in the whirlpool and is Citra-ish price so not crazy expensive, it should be used more than it is.

Yep, that's the point I suppose. I did have a bittering addition to hand but the recipe was looking like 35 IBU without it so I skipped as it felt about right for what I'm after.
We will see though! It's the first spin of it, and I'm sure I'll be messing about with it further.
Murgy has no hops in the first 40 mins and I've sold about 20,000 pints of it to happy customers ... so it can work sometimes.
Idaho 7 is a great shout ... I'll get some bought for v2.0, cheers
