Brewed up a batch of this last night, its for the other halves birthday in Feb as she loves wheat beer, but I think I am going to be putting away a fair amount of it too!
Slightly changed up the recipe based on the companies own recipe and what I had in stock, used up the last of my amarillo so will be dry hopping with simcoe as well which hopefully will add another dimension to the tropical fruitiness!
Quantities are a bit odd as I scaled the recipe down to 15L:
Batch Size (fermenter): 15.00 l
Estimated OG: 1.049 SG
Estimated Color: 10.7 EBC
Estimated IBU: 44.9 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 74.7 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes
