Forgot about it

Hi, I put a cider kit in the fermenting bucket just over 2 weeks ago and went on holiday a week later. Just returned home and cider is still in the fermenting bucket.
Will it be ok to put in the keg still or is there something I have to add to it, or have I ruined it?

Should be fine. Check the gravity two days running - if it's below 1.005 and doesn't change day to day, it's ready to keg. Don't forget your priming sugar when you keg it (about 70g sugar should suffice).

Two weeks is no bother - any more than four in the primary fermenter and it might get a little funky, but yours should be fine. Ignore what the instructions say about 5 or 7 days. It needs at least a fortnight anyway!
