hi I'm new and I'm sure to be crucified,

brewing a Coopers Lager kit. lower temp than recommended in 1st fermentation aka just sitting in a corner. hydrometer looking like its ok to bottle 1.008+ . putting it in pressurised keg thing not priming just forcing with CO2 8g bulbs?! but how many? priming a few 500ml bottles for a test.

any idea? still tastes sweet so conditioning not gonna resolve all the 2nd phase but just want a few L for some success first time round. is crystal clear tho.

hi , welcome . plastic pressure kegs won't hold enough co2 for a lager really , Bottles are the way forward , you want around 150g for a 23L brew .

You'll just end up with flat lager in a keg. They are generally meant to serve ales at low carbonation! Your best bet is to bottle the lot!
