Afternoon all. Brand new to this brewing lark & just brewed a Coopers GB as my second brew. All went well bubbled away like a good 'un for a week & a half. Transferred to a second bin & batch primed before bottling. Been bottled now for 3 weeks but flat as a pancake. Could I add more sugar to the bottles or is that me done with this batch :hmm: . Tastes great by the way got a nice kick to it.

I did the coopers GB recently, did you store in a warm place for the priming? I stored mine for about 3 weeks - mine was a little sweet and i'd need to look at my notes for how much priming sugar i used.

My sister did this, it was quite nice, but a little too sweet.

I don't think opening the bottles and re priming will work. Did you keep them soemwhere warm for a week - 2 weeks?

Afternoon guys. Yeah left them at the same temp they fermented at for a couple of weeks but nothing. Could I have slipped up with something along the way do you think?

I am with cussword.. you won't struggle with fizz when you do the fiery.. you may struggle with walking.....
