So 4 is a litre and a half of reasonably fizzy... You probably only really wanted one per litre maybe for stout I reckon. Do you know what your FG was BTW?

How long was it between starting the kit and bottling? I think there is a hydrometers how to somewhere... bingo! :thumb:
