Went out from Sunderland today after a fish or two. Excellent day with my son. Calm sea, bright skies and a cold wind. Didn't touch a thing. When back up river and there was the Stadium of Light.

I tink this is supposed to be Roy Keane's epitaph.

I can't see the pics, can everyone else see them OK?

Bugger, I just get a msg in the 2 boxes saying that the images have been moved or deleted :(

Me too.

Great that you've had a good day out fishing though KF. Nothing beats a good day fishing for me.

But you are supposed to catch stuff mate. How can you call yourself KINGfisher when you had a blank?

You need to get back over here and catch a few. Only stuff in the sea off sunderland is organic brown submarines, you don't wanna be catching too many of those.

Resubmitted the piccys hope you can see them now :?:

Everyone has an off day now and again  we usually come back with something worth eating. There's usually a good number of cod around at this time of year and also coalies. We want a big northerly to stir things up a bit and get the fish moving.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p0 ... 9_11_2008/ for a weekly NE report.

Can't wait to get back down south mate :thumb:

Brown subs at Sunderland :D :nono: I think you mean the Hartlepool floaters :?:

Seriously the rivers in the NE have cleaned up a lot since water privatisation and infrastucture investment.
