mine is beverdale rioja is currently fining and smells amazing. I've only done the 6 bottle kit but im impressed so far...

I started a Beaverdale Rioja (6 bottle ) kit about 2 weeks ago, the initial fermentation took a good 24 hours to get going but once started it really took off. :D If it turns out well I'll have a go at the 30 bottle kit.

This is my favourite kit, I have made it many times.
It does age well and if you can leave some for a while you will notice a difference.
However dont assume you cant drink it immediately, I actually think its drinkable as soon as it is clear.
Save some and drink some to compare.

keep us posted, if you are not keen we might be able to recommend another.

I should like it rioja is my favourite wine, trying to find some other Rioja kits and very tempted to try "Selection International Spanish Rioja (6 Bottle)"

The first ever kit I made was Beaverdale Shiraz 30 bottle... still enjoying it now!! They are quality kits. I wouldn't stray far from them and California Connoisseur kits.

I have got a beaverdale Cab Sauvignon to do. I did read that it is best to brew them short 24 bottles, any sugestions.
