Hi my name is jack i have just left school and theres not much to do. My grandma has made wine since i can remember so i decided to borrow some of her brewing equpiment and bought a 40 pint Geordie lager kit that was started last night and is going well so far. Does anyone have any tips? thanks.
 
Jack thats exactly how I first started but without the gran, used to dump in masses of extra sugar and get wicked hangovers :twisted: :nono: :rofl:

stronger but thinner, now i just brew more better beer rather than less stronger beer, same effect but takes longer.
