So first brew in my new Fermzilla 27ltr. Just did a normal fermentation, not pressure fermentation, but now just set to cold crash. just put 10psi into the fermenter but will that be enough to maintain positive pressure during cold crash or should I just connect a CO2 line and set to a couple of PSI?
Cheers

10-12psi works great for me.
