So, I used to brew kits decades ago but gave up after a house move. Now, I have the time and space to have a go at all grain Beer brewing. Invested in a Grainfather and a conical fermentor and my first brew is almost ready to bottle. I have no idea what it will turn out like but enjoying the journey!

As this is the first, I've attempted a session IPA, about 4% ABV (haven't done a FG hydrommeter reading yet) 19 litres. Haven't got great expectations with regard to the taste but I'll drink it anyhow!
